To have an account you must be a PCI member with a role requiring access to the forms system.
If you have a PCI email address, your userid will be the part of your email address before the @, for example, if billyj@pyrmontcares.org.au is your PCI email, choose billyj as your userid.
If you use a personal email address for PCI work, your userid will be your full email address as recorded in the membership system.
Accounts cannot be created for other types of userid.

Passwords must be at least 10 characters long, must not start or end with a space, must not contain two consecutive spaces, may contain special characters and must contain at least one numeric and one alphabetic character.

Two factor authentication is in use, which means that in addition to your userid and password, logging on sometimes requires the entry of a six character code that is emailed to you, especially when logging in from a new location or a different browser.
